1. Why our shoes are so much cheaper than the official website?
All of our shoes are wholesale from Anta headquarters in Switzerland, we take the wholesale price. What you buy on the official website and offline stores is the end retail price. We sell shoes online at wholesale price plus a certain profit, which is more favorable for us to clear the inventory. In addition, we sell shoes online than in our brick and mortar stores, there is no store rent, insurance against theft, shopkeeper's salary, so it also reduces the cost more, so we have enough favorable price to customers. The price of the official website to take care of the profit of the offline store, so the price is the same as the price of the offline store!
2. Are the shoes on your website authentic?
Of course they are authentic.
3.Why do you only have ON brand shoes on your website?
Our current promotional price running shoes are mainly ON brand shoes. We don't put other shoes without big discounts on our website.
4. Why do you say on your website that you have shipped the goods, but I can't find the logistics tracking information?
Although we have shipped the goods, the IT system of the logistics service provider did not update the data in time, the data is not real-time, and there is a delay in the data. Generally, the logistics tracking information will appear in 2-3 days.
5. Is the quality of the shoes OK?
Yes, only some sizes are missing, the shoes themselves have no quality problems. And we guarantee to provide return and exchange service within 30 days.
6. Why haven't I received new tracking information for a week?
We only have a small number of shoes in our warehouse in the U.S. Most of our shoes are still in our wholesale warehouse, so most of the time, we ship from our warehouse in Europe, and of course there are cases where we ship from ON in the country of origin, Vietnam, and our transfers are worldwide. If the shoes are sent from the warehouse in Europe, it will be slower as they have to pass through the EU and US customs respectively, and as you know they are also on vacation on weekends, the goods will also depend on whether they are busy or not and other factors to pass through the customs. If the shoes passed the U.S. customs, you will receive the updated logistics information from USPS.
7. Why do I need to choose the shoe size after placing the order “Shoes only (no original box)” and "With ON Shoe Box"?
That's because if the international logistics is packed into the shoe box, it is charged according to the volume of freight, the logistics cost will be very expensive. If you don't want the box, it will be cheaper according to the weight of the shoes.
